I had a fun time during the geocaching activity we did during lab. It's an interesting idea and I would like to be able to try it someday on a larger scale. During our time, we only had to walk about 150 feet. I'm very familiar with GPS devices, so it was very easy to lead my team to the selected point. After we found our way there, we looked for the clue. It took a few minutes but we eventually found it under a bench. The clue was easy to figure out and sent the information and pictures back to the students putting it all together.

I didn't find geocaching as much fun as the guest speaker made it sound, but maybe it would have been if we would have done it on a larger scale.
